Time warp

Fifteen years ago I laughed at New Zealand tourists in Thailand. They were easy to spot. Well the ones we spotted were anyway. They had Mohicans or other, equally ridiculous hairstyles - shaved heads with pigtails perhaps. I made something of a sport of spotting them and then confirming correct identification of species by listening to their calls. That was in 1989. The frightening thing is, they are still here, same hairstyles, same accents, same age. Only the Billabong shorts are new.
