Priorities

When trying to buy tickets or get information from people here, the first question you should ask is their telephone number. Then, whilst you stand in front of them you can call them, ensuring that you have their undivided attention. It might perplex them, but it would at least force them to deal with you, the person that got off their arse and walked down to the shop, as a priority. If you don’t take this course of action, I guarantee that you will spend an extra fifteen minutes waiting patiently, whilst the clerk deals with one telephone call after another.
